Atlas Law Partners, which was founded by former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas partners Harry Chawla and Niti Paul in 2016, has promoted managing associate Maureen Z Ralte, to associate partner level.

Ralte (pictured right) is a 2008 graduate of NUJS Kolkata and had begun her career with erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in Delhi. In 2013, she had joined Kochhar & Co as a senior associate for two years, moving to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in 2015.

In 2016, she joined Atlas after its founding.

Atlas Law Partners currently has 4 partners, of whom 2 are associate partners. The firm has a total fee-earner headcount of 11, including its partners.

The second associate partner, Medha Srivastava, had joined Atlas on founding.

The boutique firm specialises in transactional and corporate advisory work, including M&A, private equity, banking & finance, real estate & construction and commercial dispute resolution.
