Jeet Sen Gupta, who left Economic Laws Practice (ELP) in April, has joined Juris Corp as its eighth partner, managing partner H Jayesh told Bar & Bench, saying: “As a firm, we are implementing growth drivers and as part of that strategy, Jeet has joined us and will help us take the firm to the next level.”
Juris Corp had promoted two to partner in March, following a string of senior and junior departures.

Very strange to see so many comments being "censored" . This is a departure from LIs policy of free fair and fearless journalism and I hope you will see sense to publish all comments which have the ring of truth about them regarding JC
. Just wanted to point out the following issues for consideration
1. Knowing JC most of the comments likely to be truth notwithstanding that they portray JC in a poor light. Truth is a successful defence against any defamation
2. JC through its minions esp HR Insultant generally resorts to empty threats and sukha dadagiri to deter people from revealing truth
3. In order to maintain an action for defamation the alleged "defamee" needs to prove that it has a reputation( clearly not the case with JC since its reputation or rather lack of it is well known
I trust you will consider these issues and revert to LIs earlier policy of free fair and fearless publishing of the truth
a) Attrition rate amongst partners and seniors>100%
b) Maximum acrimony amongst all the people who have have left
