DSK promotes litigator Vikrant Sigh Negi to full partner, 4 to associate partner

Negi gets nod to DSK partnership

DSK Legal has promoted Mumbai-based associate partner Vikrant Singh Negi to partner, and four principal associates to associate partner.

Vikrant Singh Negi is a CLC Delhi University graduate and had joined DSK as a principal associate in 2014. He specialises in litigation and white collar crimes.

The following four principal associates have been promoted to associate partner level:

  • Gaurav Mistry (Mumbai) – General Corporate, University of Mumbai graduate who had joined the firm in 2012.
  • Ashish Pahariya (Mumbai) – Projects & Infrastructure and Insolvency & Restructuring, GNLU Gandhinagar graduate who joined DSK in 2010.
  • Samit Shukla (Mumbai) – Litigation, GJ Advani Law College graduate and joined DSK in 2012.
  • Bhushan Panse (Pune) – Real Estate, ILS Law College. Joined firm in 2007.

DSK managing partner Anand Desai said in a statement: “These promotions are a reward for the constant value these lawyers have provided to the firm and to our clients over the years. The new leadership along with our existing partners will continue to steer the firm forward.”
