DSK Legal Mumbai partner and head of its employment practice Maneesh Upadhyay is joining J Sagar Associates (JSA) as a partner from today.

He is a 2004 LLB and 1994 BCom graduate from the University of Mumbai. He’d started his career at Shah & Associates, moved to Arthur Andersen in 1999, EY in 2002 and BMR & Associates in 2004, before joining DSK Legal in 2008 as a senior manager.

He was promoted to DSK’s partnership in 2016.

He will be joining the team of Mumbai partner Sandeep Mehta.

Upadhyay specialises in corporate and regulatory laws, including company law, foreign exchange laws, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, contracts and employment laws.
