Clasis Law's IP team headed by partner Rahul Beruar has left to set up Beruar & Beruar, with its head office in Delhi's Defence Colony.

The firm would open branch offices in Mumbai and Ranchi within a month, Beruar said.

Beruar & Beruar currently comprises of three partners, namely Rahul Beruar, Sachin Kumar and Nidhi Jain, four associates and two paralegals.

The firm would continue to focus on IPR and technology laws as well as expand into newer verticals including general advisory and commercial litigation, which would be handled by Jain and Kumar, Beruar said in an email.
