CAM Delhi employment partner Manishi Pathak moves to IndusLaw after 1-month break

Manishi Pathak joins Indus after leaving CAM

IndusLaw has hired Manishi Pathak as a Delhi partner after he had resigned from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) last month.

CAM managing partner Cyril Shroff had called him “a fine gentleman” and wished him “the best in future”, at the time.

Pathak had joined CAM in 2015 from Kochhar & Co.

He specialises in corporate and employment work.

IndusLaw senior partner Gaurav Dani commented that his joining would “further significantly bolster our already well regarded labour and employment law practice and will also enable us to seamlessly offer these services across all our geographies”.

His “experience in corporate advisory and M&A will benefit our rapidly expanding corporate practice”, he added.

IndusLaw now has a total of 27 partners with a total fee-earner headcount of 147.

IndusLaw had recently seen two departures in its Bangalore litigation team, including senior partner V Srinivasa Raghavan who became senior counsel, but had expanded on the corporate front with Samvad Mumbai partner Sudipta Routh, who had joined in September 2018 in Mumbai.
