Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai partner Gaurav Singhi has joined Argus Partners as a partner.
He specialises in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments and also has litigation experience from the early days of his career, according to Argus’ press release yesterday.
“We look forward to Gaurav joining us in Mumbai. I have known Gaurav for a very long time and heartily welcome him aboard to bolster the PE/VC and corporate practice,” said Argus managing partner Krishnava Dutt.
