Trilegal has restructured slightly in the wake of co-founding partner Anand Prasad's announcement that he would retire within a year, reported Bar & Bench.
Bangalore partner Rahul Matthan and Mumbai partner Karan Singh will continue on the firm's management committee (which previously also had Prasad), while the firm has also set up a "consultative board" including Sridhar Gorthi, Sitesh Mukherjee, Nishant Parikh and Akshay Jaitly and appointed Sabiana Anandaraj as chief operating officer (COO).
Similar to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, as well as most international law firms, Trilegal has also formalised a national practice leadership system.
Nishant Parikh has been appointed corporate head, with Kosturi Ghosh and Ravi Bandhakavi as deputy heads; Akshay Jaitly is projects head; Sitesh Mukherjee is disputes head.
Matthan told Legally India: "We've reorganised our management structure. The [management committee] has always been there but the rest is new."

If anything, it's more egalitarian now.
Sitesh - CLC
Akshay - Oxford
Kosturi - ILS
MoT of the other law schools didn't exist when guys of this seniority went to law school.
If this doesn't float your boat, walk across to CAM and the rest... work 10/12 rather than 12/14... earn less, deal with politics...
