Second FML partner and five associates resign

FoxMandal Little Delhi's senior real estate partner Saroj Jha has resigned. The news follows this week's the resignation of five associates and the firm's corporate head Vineet Aneja, with two senior associates set to join Aneja at Luthra & Luthra.

It is understood that Jha (pictured) is deliberating several options but has not yet decided where he will move.

Jha specialises in real estate transactions, having joined FoxMandal four years ago from Delhi-based firm Corporate Law Group.

The firm has confirmed Jha's resignation but he declined to comment.

Jha resigned several days before FoxMandal Delhi's corporate head Aneja quit to join Luthra & Luthra on Wednesday (23 September).

Five FoxMandal Delhi associates are also understood to have resigned on the same day.

Senior associates Surbhi Gupta and Mohit Sharma, who were part of Aneja's team at FoxMandal, are due to join him at Luthra & Luthra.

FoxMandal's Delhi office has experienced delays in paying salaries to staff and partners due to cash flow problems. The firm's managing partner Som Mandal said that he hoped for the cash flow problems to get solved in the next three weeks.
