Are they really? Are things that bad there? I did hear voices in the woods... something to the effect that there is mass attrition!

A little birdie was telling me that a fairly senior and respected partner at Luthra Delhi (who is ex-another big law firm) is super pissed, and is looking around. True or just idle gossip?

if the said partner is getting his/her share of respect i dont think he/she should be looking around. but wat to do its mass attrition time in L&L

why do they not increase the salary and keep their associates and partners happy? Anyway, the amount of work that exists at these places clearly demands more incentive to stick for a long time.

Kian, is there any news from Luthra and AMSS about their pay revision? Hope they do revise before they lose more associates and partners.

Pay revisions in Luthra? the only one you are getting one is ------ wait for it-------- downward!

You would be surprised....but there have been official statements to that effect.

good to hear that there have been official statements to that effect. Better salary would incentivize lawyers to work better and compete with lawyers in other firms.
