ELP bags LKS’ Alok Yadav as Delhi tax litigation & SC partner

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) has hired Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan attorney Alok Yadav as a partner in its Delhi litigation practice.

The Delhi University graduate specialises in direct and indirect tax litigation and started his career with JB Dadachanji and Co in 2000.

He is an expert in customs, central excise, service tax and litigation matters related to indirect taxes, having appeared in more than 250 matters independently before the Supreme Court for clients such as PepsiCo, Hewlett Packard, Bharti Airtel, Cargill India, Nestlé India and Kelvinator Electrolux, according to an ELP press release.

He holds a law degree from Delhi University and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.
