DSK Legal promotes 3 to partner across mixed disciplines, 2 to associate partner

DSK Legal has promoted Munaf Virjee, Maneesh Upadhyay, and Sagar Kadam to its partnership, with Pritha Jha and Vikrant Negi getting elevated to associate partner level.

According to DSK’s statement:

Virjee (GLC Mumbai) joined DSK in 2003 as a trainee, and continued after qualification in 2004. He continued at DSK with short breaks for an LLM in London, training with a QC and then with an international law firm. He has chosen to focus on dispute resolution, with an emphasis on arbitration.

Sagar Kadam (Jitendra Chauhan College) joined DSK in 2007 from BMR & Associates, and has chosen to focus on real estate as a practice area and as an industry. This includes not just real estate transactions, but also investments by private equity funds and corporate transactions involving real estate.

Maneesh Upadhyay (KC Law 2004) joined DSK in 2008 and is focusing on corporate work, including transactions and compliance.

The firm now has 13 partners and 6 associate partners.
