1998 NLS grad Deepak Nambiar gets Kelley Drye NY partnership

Kelley Drye has promoted NLSIU Bangalore graduate Deepak Nambiar to its partnership in New York on 1 July, according to a press release from the firm.

Nambiar, who is dual qualified in New York and India, also holds an LLM from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, formerly called Franklin Pierce Law Center.

He is part of the India practice group and specialises in corporate, M&A, technology licensing and outsourcing.

He was previously of counsel at Glaxo SmithKline India.

NLSIU 2001 graduate Savi Hebbur was promoted to Linklaters partnership in April, shortly after 2000 NLSIU grad Gautam Narasimhan made Allen & Overy partner in Singapore.

Shearman & Sterling promoted Hong Kong M&A counsel Sidharth Bhasin to partnership in December of last year.
