Job description:

Candidates should have:

Immense exposure of Bombay High Court litigation, arbitration, corporate litigation.

Excellent drafting of petition, suits, plaints, writ petition and research skills.

Ability to prepare case notes and should have good communications skills.

Candidate’s requirements:

Must belong to premier law school with experience of more than 4 years in litigation at Mumbai.

Should have knowledge of company law, arbitration, commercial litigation, contracts, securities law and every facets of commercial litigation
