Senior Associate/ Team Leader

Job location:

Mumbai

Candidates’ required experience:

Minimum 6 - 8 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Practice area specialisation required:

Blended experience in dealing with corporate and commercial law matters with exposure to real estate laws.

Approximate remuneration per annum:

Comparable with other mid sized firms

Job description:

Candidate will be a part of a team that advises clients on corporate, commercial and real estate matters, oversee due diligence, advise of transaction structures, interact with the clients, prepare and/or approve of draft deeds and documents, negotiate and finalise contracts, advise clients on statutory and regulatory compliances, render legal opinion on various aspects of law, etc.

Candidate’s requirements:

Candidate should have minimum 6-8 year post qualification experience with strong fundamentals.
