Job description:

Applicants are invited for the position of Principal Associate in the Corporate Team of T&T Law.

Applicants must have a strong background in corporate and commercial laws, have excellent drafting and reviewing skills, be able to efficiently structure complex transaction, provide apt opinions and conduct negotiations on behalf of clients.

Candidate requirements:

Applicants must have between 8 to 10 years prior experience in advising companies across sectors, both domestic and foreign, and be able to lead a team of lawyers cohesively.
