HCL Technologies vice president and head legal, Vineet Vij, has joined Tech Mahindra as its global general counsel, reported Legal Era.

Vij will be managing Tech Mahindra’s global legal operations, having joined on 29 April.

He had been at HCL for nearly 12 years, before which he was heading compliance at AMEX, and between 1998 and 2006 was in-house at Tata Infotech.

From 1994 to 1998 he was in-house at Punj Lloyd.
