Former Inox Leisure vice president legal and company secretary Dhanraj Mulki has joined Mahindra Holidays as general counsel and company secretary.

Mulki joined last month and is part of the leadership group at Mahindra Holidays.

He had left Inox in April, spending a brief stint at the K Raheja Group’s Chalet Hotels subsidiary, which is planning an IPO.

Before Inox, he had been head legal and company secretary at the Roots Corporation - a TATA Enterprise that runs the Ginger Hotels chain - for 10 years from 2005. Before that, he was with Kuoni Travel between 2001 and 2004, preceded by time at Centurion Bank, Tata SSL and Bubna Major Biotech from 1994.

He is a qualified law graduate from Mumbai University, is a qualified company secretary and holds a BCom in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University.
