It is very difficult to stop this menace from any field. This has become normal practice and one who opposes or try to show any dislike is branded as "anari" and manuoverings go on. The moment the person gets admired by people he becomes law unto himself and some take benefit and some have respect for morale. The success and money goes to head and such incidents take place. There is no fear of accountability or being held accountable. There are many glaring examples but all of them are nibbed in the bud. So truth never comes out rather 100 times lie becomes truth... kyon ki.. MERA BHARAT MAHAN
