A bar exam first: AIBE 13 may meet twice-per-year schedule with December date (if no delays)

AIBE 13 aims to keep on track of long-promised BCI schedule
AIBE 13 aims to keep on track of long-promised BCI schedule

The next and thirteenth All India Bar Exam (AIBE) is scheduled to be conducted next on 23 December 2018, announced the Bar Council of India (BCI).

If the BCI manages to break it’s track record so far of postponing bar exams from their originally announced schedules, it may manage this year to achieve the intended rate of conducting the bar exam twice per year, which had been the plan when it was conceived.

The previous bar exam was held on 10 June this year, with results for it having been announced on 29 August less than three months after the exam: the quickest such turnaround in the bar exam’s recent history.

However, the certificates of practice (CoP) for candidates who passed the AIBE 11 are only now available - 10 months after the exam was held.
