Results for the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) would be out within a week, said Bar Council of India (BCI) chairman Ashok Parija, after the Supreme Court today granted interim relief over the Calcutta High Court’s stay of the exam results.
Parija told Legally India that the result would be out “very soon – within seven days”.
Former additional solicitor general (ASG) Parag Tripathy argued on behalf of the BCI at the apex court, said Parija, which stayed the lower court’s earlier stay.
Legally India first reported on 31 January that the AIBE results would be delayed because of the petition, which the BCI challenged via special leave petition (SLP) 4089/2012.

Crossed fingers.
immediately as we have passed final year year examination and got the certificate from the university.no useful purpose will be served by conducting the examination. what we have learned in college is different what we are doing in courts.so
i request the BCI not to waste time and money by going to SC.please avoid the mental tension of law students who got
the certificate from university. the main purpose of learing law in college is to gain knowledge of law and to practice and respect law which is most important in one.s life.
