Sweden-based free-to-play gaming studios Stillfront Group, on Tuesday (February 2), announced that it will acquire Bengaluru-based Moonfrog Labs Private Limited, the company behind popular games like Teen Patti Gold, Ludo Club, Rummy Gold and others.

Trilegal advised Swedish gaming studio Stillfront led by a TMT team of partner Nikhil Narendran, senior associate Jishnu Sanyal, associate Aparajita Lath, associate Krati Hashwani, associate Cheta Sheth, with corporate team partner Clarence Anthony, associate Nidhi Singla, associate Aditya Ravishankar, employment and labour team partner Swarnima, associate Sachin Arora, associate Pragya Goyal, and counsel Komal Dani and partner Samsuddha Majumdar and associate Hardeep Singh Chawla from a tax perspective.

AZB & Partners advised Internet Fund III Pte Ltd, an affiliate of Tiger Global Management led by a team of partners Ashwath Rau, Nanditha Gopal and Aditya Singh Chandel, and senior associate Gautam Rego.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas was also a domestic legal advisor.

DLA Piper also advised.

Dhruva Advisors and PwC were tax advisors to the sellers in connection with the transaction.

Carnegie Investment Bank and Oakvale Capital were financial advisors.

EY was financial and tax due diligence advisor to Stillfront in connection with the transaction.
