E-commerce giant Snapdeal recently announced the acquisition of mobility solution company LetsGoMo Labs for an undisclosed sum, advised by Seth Dua & Associates.

Seth Dua TMT partner Salman Waris with corporate associate partner Ray Sharat Prasad and associate Arjun Uppal acted for LetsGoMo.

Snapdeal was represented by its in-house legal team headed by general counsel Ashish Chandra.

LetsGoMo is a 76-headcount company that develops smartphone applications for a host of operating systems for businesses in Silicon Valley, Europe and India.

According to The Hindu, with the acquisition Snapdeal will strengthen its mobile technology capabilities, with mobile-based transactions already contributing to 75 per cent of its orders.
