Mobile marketing company Affle (India) has acquired Bengaluru-based Vizury Interactive Solutions’ commerce business and brand in an all-cash deal, the company said in a statement. Affle (India), which had earlier filed papers for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), did not disclose the financials of the deal.

Samvad Partners advised Vizury Interactive Solutions Private Limited led by a team of partner Neela Badami, senior associate Samyuktha Damojipurapu. The firm assisted the company in structuring of the transaction in light of the applicable laws, including FEMA and preparation of the transaction documents. This deal involved a detailed analysis of applicable FEMA regulations for the structuring.
L&L Partners advised Affle, assisting the company in the review and negotiation of transaction documents.
The deal includes Vizury’s digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems, which includes push notifications.
