Samvad, Khaitan, Goodwins, Fenwick act on Algonomy / Manthan buy of Rich Relevance

Algonomy Software has acquired 100% stake in Rich Relevance, Inc. and pursuant to this acquisition the shareholders of Rich Relevance, Inc. has acquired an equity stake in Algonomy Software, according to reports.

Samvad Partners advised Algonomy Software Private Limited (formerly known as Manthan Software Services Private Limited) led by a team of partner Natasha Mahajan, senior associate Manali Kakatkar, associate Vineetha Stephen, associate Sharanya Kundu, associate Nivedita Udupa, associate Divyasheesh Jha and associate Rhea Singh, while partner Arjun Krishnan advised from a competition law perspective.

Khaitan & Co advised Temasek, an existing investor in Algonomy.

US firm Goodwin Procter LLP acted as transaction counsel for Rich Relevance Inc.

US firm Fenwick and West LLP advised Algonomy Software Private Limited on certain specific US-law related aspects in connection with the transaction.
