Phoenix, Platinum, FF act on France’s Cooper Standard sale to Continental

Cooper-Standard France SAS divested Cooper Standard’s anti-vibration systems (AVS) business to ContiTech USA Inc (a division of Continental AG), which involved the transfer of Cooper-Standard France SAS’ equity interest in a joint venture company in India, according to the company’s press release.

Nexo Associations dAvocats was French local counsel to Cooper-Standard France SAS.
