MD&T acts on Security & Intelligence’s $43m Singapore foray to buy Henderson Security

Through its subsidiary SIS Group International Holdings, Security & Intelligence Services India announced that its subsidiary, SIS Group International Holdings, on 25 January 2019 has signed definitive agreements to acquire initially 60% shareholding in Henderson Security Services and Henderson Technologies. The acquisition will give Company an entry into the Singapore market and this would help the Company to expand its presence in the Asia Pacific region.

MD&T Partners advised Security And Intelligence Services India Ltd led by a team of partner Mahesh Devaiah, senior associate Bharat Unnithan, and associates Rajiv Naresh and KN Belliappa.

Also advising was Singapore and Hong Kong-based firm Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC.


The primary jurisdiction of the deal was Singapore.

Deal value: 43 million
