Khaitan acts for Blackstone on $58m takeover of AllCargo warehousing

Private equity (PE) giant Blackstone Group is investing ₹380 crore to buy a majority stake in the warehousing business of Mumbai-based Allcargo Logistics Ltd for developing logistics parks in key consumption hubs across India.


Khaitan & Co advised The Blackstone Group led by a team including partner Aakash Choubey, partner Deepak Jodhani, principal associate Pavi Jain, senior associate Abir Sarkar, associate Rhea Jha and associate Rahul Chandramouli with assistance on real estate aspects from partner Harsh Parikh, partner Sudheer Madamaiah, partner Rashmi Deshpande, counsel Pavithra Thammaiah, principal associate Abhiraj Gandhi, senior associate Rishabh Mukund Vora and associate Karan Hitesh Dattani, and intellectual property aspects with partner Shailendra Bhandare, senior associate Sourav Dan and associate Rhea Ghanshani.
