JSA on German Brenntag’s $13.7m Indian chemical buy

J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised German chemical distributor Brenntag to buy the chemical distribution division of Mumbai-based Zytex Group for $13.7m (Rs 83 crore), , according per a company statement.

JSA Mumbai partner Sandeep Mehta with senior associate Arup Pereira and associates Hoshedar Havewala, Dishi Garg and Punita Gupta acted for the Brenntag Group, which carried out the acquisition through its Indian subsidiary, Brenntag Ingredients (India), according to JSA.

Zytex Group was advised by chartered accountant firm Jogish Mehta & Co. renntag expects the acquired business to generate annual sales of Euro 7 million and gross profit of Euro 1.8 million in the financial year 2013, according to the Business Standard.

May be, but as a principle never speak to someone in a manner, you don't like to be spoken in..there is no dearth of talent and in any case most of corporate law is over rate.. no rocket science here.
