JSA, Dua manage $135m Fisher Sanmar JV buy-out

J Sagar Associates (JSA) and Dua Associates have advised on Sanmar Group’s exit from joint venture Fisher Sanmar with JV partner Emerson Group buying out complete 51 per cent stake of Sanmar for $135m.

JSA M&A partner Sandeep Mehta and associates Dharmesh Kotadia and Mitesh Shah acted for the Sanmar Group, which has business interests in diverse fields such as chemicals, engineering, metals and shipping.

Dua Associates partner Anil Agarwal acted for the Emerson Group, which makes factory-automation and software equipments for appliances.
