JSA, AZB, CAM act on Advent’s $130m open offer takeover of Crax, Natkhat-maker DFM

US-based private equity firm Advent International Corporation is set to acquire a controlling stake in home-grown snacks maker DFM Foods Pvt Ltd that owns brands such as Crax and Natkhat.

J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Advent International led by a team of partners Vikram Raghani and Anand Lakra, associates Ami Shah and Khamir Kamdar.

AZB & Partners advised DFM Foods and its promoters, led by a team of partners Gautam Saha, Sachin Mehta and Dushyant Bagga, senior associates Harshit Chandra and Punita Gupta.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised WestBridge, Aravali Investment Holdings and Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings led by a team including partner Nivedita Rao and partner Anand Jayachandran.
