San Jose-based Apple Inc supplier and leading developer of human interface solutions, Synaptics has completed the acquisition of Santa Clara-based chip maker Marvell Technology Group’s multimedia solutions business through an all cash deal value of approximately $95m, as reported last year by GlobeNewsWire and Markets Insider. The acquisition was a part of a mega $438m deal in which Synaptics also acquired Irvine-based voice and audio processing software company Conexant Systems for about $343m through a mix of cash and stock.
