“Elara Technologies, which owns Housing.com, PropTiger, and Makaan.com, has acquired Gurugam-based rental brokerage platform FastFox to foray into online-to-offline home rentals. FastFox was valued at just under Rs 100 crores at the time of the transaction, the company said in a statement,” reported The Economic Times.

Joycelaw advised FastFox and its founders led by partner Deepak Joyce, who had started the firm in 2018.
