WPP-owned global media investment group, GroupM, has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the digitally-led creative agency, The Glitch, for an undisclosed sum, expanding into the technology driven communications market in India, reported Mint and The Economic Times. Post the acquisition, the independent digital creative agency will continue to operate as an independently positioned brand.
