Indus on Engie renewable energy buy in Simpa

Energy services group ENGIE has acquired a controlling stake in Simpa Energy India to fund geographic expansion and accelerate growth, hoping to further decentralise renewable energy solutions across the world and to help India transition to clean power, reported the PTI.
