Indus, AZB on $117m on Wipro buy in Alight, with Kirkland in $bn+ Wipro-Alight US mega IT contract

“Wipro has won its largest information technology (IT) outsourcing contract, valued at $1.6bn over 10 years from Alight Solutions, the former benefits administration and human-resources outsourcing business of Aon,” reported Mint.

“In July, the Bengaluru-based firm had said it would buy Alight Solutions’ India operations for $117 million in cash,” reported the Times of India
