New Delhi: Pidilite Industries, the manufacturers of the popular Fevicol brand of adhesives, on Wednesday said it has completed acquisition of the US-based Huntsman Group’s Indian subsidiary for Rs 2,100 crore.

Touchstone Partners, formerly the Delhi-headquartered part of Platinum Partners, advised Huntsman Group led by a team of managing partner Karam Daulet Singh and partners Gaurav Desai and Anuj Bhatia, along with associates Surbhi Soni, Punya Varma, Mohit Bhatia, Palak Chadha and Shruti Bhat.
