DSK Legal advised ReNew Power Private Limited led by a team of partner Harvinder Singh, associate partner Devika Chadha, senior associate Shruti Dogra and associate Shubhi Ameriya, with partner Aparajit Bhattacharya acting as the engagement partner for ReNew on the transaction and providing “strategic inputs to successfully conclude the transaction”, according to DSK. The due diligence team included senior associate Shruti Dogra, and associates Deepti Gianchandani, Sunanda Pandey, Mishika Ravishankar, Manhar Gulani, and Ruchika Agarwal.
