CAM acts on India part in UK deal of Weir sale of Flow Control

“The Weir Group PLC (‘Weir’ or ‘The Group’) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Flow Control division to First Reserve, a leading global private equity investment firm focused exclusively on energy, for an Enterprise Value of £275m,” reported the company.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Weir Group PLC, United Kingdom led by partner Manu Varghese, employment law advice by partner Rashmi Pradeep, principal associate Ankita Ray, a diligence team also including partner Mridul Kumbalath, principal associate Aravind Raj. Also advising were consultant N Guruprasad, and director Abe Abraham from the corporate secretarial team, as well as executive Manik Makwana.
