AZB for NVIDIA on India leg of global mega-takeover of chipmaker Arm

SoftBank Group Corp said on Monday it has agreed to sell chip designer Arm to Nvidia Corp for as much as $40 billion in a deal set to reshape the semiconductor landscape.


AZB & Partners advised NVIDIA Corporation led by a team of partners Ashwath Rau, Nilanjana Singh, Veena Gopalakrishnan and Bharat Budholia, senior associate Aishwarya Gopalakrishnan.


Deal value: USD 40 Billion / approx. INR 2937 Bn (globally)
