AZB for NVIDIA on India leg of global mega-takeover of chipmaker Arm

SoftBank Group Corp said on Monday it has agreed to sell chip designer Arm to Nvidia Corp for as much as $40 billion in a deal set to reshape the semiconductor landscape.

Let's be honest, this most likely involved not much more than undertaking a diligence of the Indian entity, and maybe advising on a few issues which may have India implications. Also, quite misleading (by omission) on their part to not release the value of the deal to the extent it involved the Indian entity.

PS: Totally not trying to bash them, they do great work no doubt but the PR fluff when it comes to deals like this can really be dispensed with. Just calling a spade a spade.
