Assentio, SAM, act on $26m India Cements buy of Springway in MP

The India Cements Ltd acquired Springway Mining, a company involved in mining and quarrying business paving the way for its expansion. “India Cements to acquire Springway Mining for Rs 183 crore, set up MP unit: The company’s decision to acquire Springway stems from the fact that it wants to enter the Uttar Pradesh market, considered to be a major cement…,” reported The Financial Express.
