ALMT buys Indian Cos for UK food giant with SNG

ALMT Legal advised UK food services firm Compass Group on its acquisition of two companies, one of which was advised by SNG & Partners.

ALMT Legal Mumbai partner Aliff Fazelbhoy acted for two-year-old client Compass Group, which is a £14.5bn company based in the UK that bought Vipul Facility Management in New Delhi and Ultimate Hospitality Services in Hyderabad last week.

Vipul’s seller promoters were advised by SNG & Partners’ Delhi office, with partners Amit Aggarwal and Ajay Saini leading the team assisted by associate Joy Dey.

It is understood that Ultimate Hospitality Services did not employ local counsel.

What type of food is that...if that was served to the lawyers and they still managed to close the deal..then yes it was great work...([...])..

@2: what kind of a comment is that..from what i know it was quite a complex deal..amit led his team brilliantly and SNG is doing some good work
