Aarti Industries Limited has proposed restructuring of its manufacturing and trading business by way of a composite scheme of arrangement. As part of the restructuring exercise, Aarti Industries Limited will transfer by its ‘Home and Personal Care Undertaking’ to a newly formed entity whose shares will be listed on the NSE and the BSE and will acquire ‘Manufacturing Undertaking’ from its subsidiary Nascent Chemical Industries Limited by way of demergers, according to reports.
