Khaitan helps Bengaluru FC kick off alliance with Scotland’s Rangers FC

JSW Bengaluru Football Club Private Limited has entered into a club partnership with Rangers Football Club, one of the oldest football clubs in the world and the current leaders of the Scottish Premiership, to share expertise, facilities, goodwill, knowledge and resources to enhance the quality of football in Scotland and India and for each of the clubs. The arrangement also entails a link-up of the coaching, scouting and youth academy setups of both clubs to help the clubs harness the best of each club’s facilities, network and footballing talent, according to Khaitan & Co.

Bengaluru FC have forged a partnership with Scottish giants, Rangers Football Club in a two-year collaboration (with the option to extend on mutual agreement) that will present a number of football and commercial opportunities for both clubs, the Indian Super League Champions announced on Friday, September 27.


Khaitan & Co advised JSW Bengaluru Football Club Private Limited led by a team of partner Vinay Joy, associate Neil Deshpande and associate Vaibhav Kulkarni.
