Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Infosys founders S Gopalakrishnan and SD Shibulal on the Rs 862 crore ($130m) sale of 7.5 million equity shares of Infosys, with brokers Citigroup Global Markets India advised by AZB & Partners and Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF).

CAM Mumbai capital markets partner Yash Ashar acted for the founders.

AZB Mumbai partner Varoon Chandra and HSF New York partner Siddhartha Sivaramakrishnan acted for Citigroup.

This share sale led to India’s second largest software operator Infosys’ share prices drop the most in the fortnight after the sale, reported Mint.
