Well technically, anyone can keep bumping the thread everyday to keep it at the top. Do you guys really want that? Plus, it would make the thread filled with daily bumps.
instead of bumps for that thread, the mods can decide to comment and highlight a particular firm per week and ask the memebrs to update the salary structure for that firm that week (idea taken from rollonfriday), also if the current tech permits, change the wording of the featured tag on that thread to pinned, just an one off visual change (if possible)
Mods pls make it featured for pay transparency so that it can reach more audience.
