Here is what Khelifs Coach said to Le Point Magazine:
"Georges Cazorla told the magazine of Khelif’s distress when disqualified by the IBA in 2023, confirming that biological tests had been carried out by the IBA that revealed that Khelif may not be female.
Cazorla is the President of the Association for Research and Evaluation in Physical Activity and Sport (AREAPS), a scientific advisor, and a former lecturer University of Bordeaux who supervised the master’s thesis of Khelif’s manager, Nasser Yefsah. At the end of 2022, Yefsah contacted Cazorla to assist with Khelif’s training for the world championships, the African championships and the Olympic Games.
“The [disqualification] was based on tests. Frankly, I found it disgusting. Regardless of the results of these biological tests and, without going into detail – that is a matter for biologists and doctors – this poor young girl was devastated, devastated to suddenly discover that she might not be a girl,” Cazorla said."
to sum up:
Khelif did take tests, Khelif did know that he was not female. His coaches knew he wasnt female. The italian and spanish teams knew he wasnt female. The IBA and the IOC both knew he wasnt female. Whatever distress this might have caused Khelif ( I seriously doubt an adult of 25 years didnt realise they werent female when they didnt go through normal female puberty)- that is not a good enough reason to keep punching females to win the olympic gold. There is a male advantage to boxing whether Khelif personally believes it or not. Khelif doesnt care about womens sport or fairness or the safety of other women competitors. Like is typical of male humans Khelif thinks his feelings matter more than womens rights and safety. Thats who and what youre supporting.

Protest is stupid. Wipro isnt going to outcaste the entire nation of israel because students dont know what a war looks like.
Medal rank this Olympics:
Indonesia - 39 (2 gold, 3 total)
Egypt - 52 (1 gold, 3 total)
India -71 (0 gold, 6 total)
Qatar - 84 (0 gold, 1 total)
Saudi Arabia - 0 medals 🤡
So the good news for India is that none of the competing bids will be from a sporting power. Yes, Indonesia ranks 30 places above but have fewer total medals — they too are underperformers.
If it’s between India and Indonesia, we should be able to pull it off because of Ambani money and being the bigger country.
Qatar is tricky because they can bribe their way just as they did with the football World Cup. To be fair, they also organised it well, whereas the CWG in Delhi was a disaster. Saudi Arabia can also bribe their way through.
Egypt has a good chance because the Olympics has never been held in Africa or a Muslim country. So two boxes ticked.
Overall, I do think India has a decent chance, because we aren't competing with Europe, the US, South America or Australia. And both Modi and the Ambanis have made it their dream project. I feel the bigger challenge will be internal. The opposition and their media houses will go all out to oppose Ahmedabad as a venue. The Western media will lap it up and push for Qatar or Saudi Arabia instead, which have influence in the Western media and think tanks.
So maybe Modi should choose a non-BJP state?

Is it better than Munjal if you have any idea?

If you are thinking of a Masters, it is gold.
If you want to work in Lit, it can be very useful.
For other things, I'm not very sure.
Can we have a similar breakup for other colleges that recently concluded day zero as well?

It’s not about satisfying me personally you numpty. It’s about whether the IOC is interested in protecting womens sport and in protecting fairness and equality and safety for female athletes.
There is a big difference between conversation and physical combat. Males have documented proven advantage in sports and especially in physical combat. This isn’t about “ proving womanhood” for some aesthetic reasons. I don’t give a tiny rats ass if khelif wants to go live his life in dresses and marry a guy and be very stereotypically feminine. He’s welcome to. This is about whether or not khelif is male and has an unfair male advantage that makes it unfair and unsafe to put him in the ring with females. Khelif has been tested twice - by a lab Istanbul and one in New Delhi and those tests said XY - other competitors have complained- nearly every competitor against khelif complained at the Olympic a regardless of which country they were from. And the IOC did nothing to clear up concerns with a simple once in a lifetime cheek swab for all the players.
If the argument is that khelifs right to not be tested and medical privacy trumps any female opponents right to fairness and equality and safety. Someone has to explain to me why we drug test all athletes. Why do we weigh them within an inch of their lives ? How is that not about privacy? We clearly think juicing and weight advantages are unacceptable and make the sport unfair and unsafe. We used to think that having men beat on women was unfair and unsafe too but we don’t anymore ? If there is a total denial of male advantage and science - let’s do away with these male female categories all together and then we’ll see who wins what and why we need a female category.
I’m done explaining basic stuff to people who refuse to see what’s right in front of their face. If you don’t care about women just say so and we can all move on.
You'd be laughed out of the park by academics in those places. I believe that the rule is that something like 50 pages of reading is the maximum that should be set per class at NLSIU or something like that, and going over the limit should be the exception rather than the rule. Do you know that the foreign universities that you so covet as graduate destinations have no such rules, and make their students work much harder? Do you also know that many academics at Oxford - yes, Oxford - say that they aren't getting their students to work hard enough? (Fact: a video created by the Faculty of Law at Oxford of which Tarunab Khaitan was a part called 'De-mistifying Oxford' said that members of academic staff should expect that students are estimated to take thirty hours to do the preparation (reading and essay writing) for each tutorial, think about that.) A professor there once wrote that during his Oxford studies, he had gotten so used to reading an entire book in preparation for one weekly tutorial in one of his course modules, that he had developed reading speed and comprehension capabilities that allowed him to read (and properly take in, in order to write an essay on the material and discuss it thoroughly in his tutorial and in the exam) 200 pages per hour. The complain-boxes of Legally India would be toast, no, not even toast, less than the dust beneath the chariot wheels, of people like that. Is that something you really take pride in? Please think about that.
2. No. Her recent better claims recusal.
3. Yes but not a crime (as made out to be )
4. Yes but investigation needed. Specially in the Singapore one.

Rule 2: Follow Rule 1
Want to hurt these high and mighty? Search, locate and destroy the money managers and movers? But that will hurt your campus recruitments.
For approximation, look at what The Firm did to Tom.
If he cares that less about students making money, then he shouldn't keep charging them more money every year.
What youre calling rigidity is just sticking to that principle. giving away attendance, scrapping rigor, prioritising everything from sports to moots to recruitment over actual teaching and learning is not actually good for the university in the long run. Ask students at nalsar- ask students at any number of other indian law schools.
Flexibility is not about spinelessness or negotiating with students to keep them happy. Flexibility is about doing what is best for the institution. What youre doing here- bitching about him and dragging his name through the mud over minor complaints- which nls students do every few days on this site- that is not in the long term best interest of the institution.
Youre saying hes intractable and inflexible for not giving in to some very silly demands to be honest. extensions and attendance condonation is small stuff that good students shouldnt even worry about. Its not his job to meet you half way or all the way and give in to what you want- this isnt negotiation its education. Its literally his job to hear you and decide for himself if he finds the case you made convincing. He does not. Thats his job. If you think hes made the wrong call- you have to go into specifics of what the wrong call is and why its so offensive and important that he be forced to quit.
This is basic stuff you learn to be capable of doing a job. Just because a deadline for 4 papers is 31 October doesnt mean I only begin work on the 30th or the 25th. It means I begin my work at the beginning of term, do a little everyday and stagger my work so I meet all the deadlines. Some easier projects I might even get done early and submit early, others might take longer hours and I should prepare for that.
If you are debilitatingly sick in that you need hospitalisation- you do get leave. If you are not that sick- if its an ache or a pain or a mild cold- I cannot imagine needing several days of leave for that. Take a day, eat some d cold, get back on it. That shouldnt really disrupt your work unless youve left things for the last minute. And it should be easy enough to manage those within the 25% of classes youre allowed to miss.
If youd rather not- youre free to leave the best law school in the country. Hundreds will take your place immediately. You dont get to come into an academic institution and demand that it lowers it standards to make things easier for you- thats not a right students have.
2) some things are made difficult for the sake of it. For eg, econ-2 for the first years last year was just numericals (in the end terms). Harder for many due to its quantitative nature, but not the best- applying concepts to policy (the previous year pattern) would’ve been far better. Some profs mark badly (extremely harshly) for no good reason. We had handwritten class assignments for some subjects to prevent the use of ChatGPT (?), with no transparency as to the format until right before the exam.
