Squire Patton Boggs and J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Axis Capital, ICICI Securities, IIFL Holdings and YES Securities on the $60m (Rs 400 crore) initial public offer (IPO) of Indian integrated business services provider Quess Corp. Quess Corp was advised by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
Squire Singapore partner Biswajit Chatterjee, senior associate Salil Rajadhyaksha and Isha Malhotra, and JSA Mumbai partner Arka Mookerjee and associates Siddhartha Desai and Akash Joshi acted for the banks.
CAM Bangalore partner Arjun Lall and associates Suchita Ambadipudi, Vinay Sirohia and Gayathri Ramachandran acted for Quess Corp.
Quess Corp’s parent, Thomas Cook, is already a listed firm in India and this IPO makes Quess Corp the second listed firm for Fairfax Holdings in India, according to VC Circle.
