Perkins, SNG, CAM act on $3.8bn Bharat 22 ETF

The government’s Bharat 22 ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) has made a follow-on offer, raising Rs 27,300 crore, according to reports.

Perkins Coie LLP advised Bharat 22 ETF in connection with its Rule 144A/Regulation S, led by a team of Dallas managing partner I Bobby Majumder, counsel Lynwood E Reinhardt and associate Hayden Holliman.

SNG Partners acted for Bharat 22 ETF.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised asset manager Prudential ICICI.
