L&L, CAM, Links, Lathams help Adani ports issue $750m notes on Singapore stock exchange

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (“APSEZ”) completed the listing of unsecured senior notes aggregating to USD 750 million by on the Singapore Exchange, according to stock exchange filings.

L&L Partners advised Joint lead managers, Barclays, Citi, DBS, Emirates NBD, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Mizuho, MUFG and Standard Chartered, led by a team of partners Ravi Dubey and Rohit Raghavan, along with managing associate Satadru Goswami, and associates Aivan Raj, Anjali Menon, Arya Devi, Chandrasekar Sriram, Kavya Gupta and Mansi Jhaveri; partners Lokesh Shah and Gunjan Mishra and associate Saksham Singhal advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.

Linklaters was international counsel for the joint lead managers.

Also advising were Latham Watkins and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for Adani Ports.
